Researching similar vehicles in a 50 to 75 mile radius on Autotrader.com allows me to view other dealers and private party vehicles offered for sale. Focusing on key elements like year, make, model, miles and options, I am able to ensure that I am offering the lowest prices available.

 

How Can I Do This While Others Cannot?

Dealerships love to impress consumers with fancy items such as imported tile for there showrooms, custom designed buildings on main streets in upscale expensive areas, designer furniture and paintings for sales offices for the numerous employees yearning to earn their commissions. But who is paying for all this unnecessary stuff, you are! In today's world do we really need to be persuaded by such things? Do any of those items have anything to do with the way your vehicle will operate after you drive her off that Italian tile floor in that gorgeous showroom? The answer is NO. Remember, all dealers have the same access to purchasing vehicles to offer consumers to buy. Their vehicles are no different due to a zip code or a showroom.


The simple fact is, all those items do just one thing. Add additional expenses to the overhead of the dealership which in return get added to the vehicle you are looking at purchasing.

I remember my Dad, Sister, Brothers and I, would spend countless hours washing and waxing my Dad's pride and joys. Whether it was one of his hot rods or his daily driver, he would have us do it under this huge oak tree out in the front yard on the farm my Great Grand Father started. Afterwards, we would sit and listen to all his tales about when he was younger and what these cars could do. I remember thinking, WOW!
